The Holocaust was tragic, it was heartbreaking, one of the worst distresses to happen to the world. There are no words strong enough to express how terrible the Holocaust was. Millions of people murdered, 6 million Jewish people and then another 7 million people from a range of different backgrounds.
27th January is a day to remember the victims, to learn from the past and to prevent such a loss happening again.
Together we bear witness for those who endured genocide, and honour the survivors and all those whose lives were changed beyond recognition.
